The journal Acción y Reflexión Educativa is an Open Access publication, with the purpose of allowing the entire national and international scientific community to consult and use its contents under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-ShareAlike 4.0 license, which allows free access, download and preservation of published articles. It is funded only by the Universidad de Panamá, Panama and does not have any type of sponsorship or external funding for advertising reasons or for the benefit of third parties. The journal does not impose any financial charge or publication fee, either for authors or for readers. There are no publication fees or article processing fees (APC by its acronym in Spanish) associated with this journal.
