In this study, the author shows how the teaching-learning methods developed in the school system are influenced by the accelerated scientific-technological innovation and the industrial revolutions. The author's opinion is that we have taken a sharp turn that has impacted the educational rituals and practices nowadays. The author reaches this conclusion by studying the world´s educational reform tendencies and the actual progress of the societal changes.
