Abstract

The objective of this article is to identify the perception that students in a situation of vulnerability have in a higher education institution. It is a mixed, descriptive investigation and the survey was used as an instrument. The sample consisted of 113 students who stated that they were in some situation of vulnerability. The results show that, although the perception that students have in relation to inclusion and equity is well valued, there is a lack of knowledge of the policies, programs and actions aimed at students. The importance of the institution making known in a timelier manner the actions it undertakes towards the university community is concluded.
