This article intends to disclose to the university population, some results about the implementation management of the Curricular Academic Transformation Policy at the Universidad de Panama. Which rather than promoting the change of study plans of careers and course programs, it intended to highlight the institutional capacity of the University to study itself and to ensure the quality, relevance and equity of the educational offer. In addition, with the structure installed, to ensure the organization, coordination, coherence and directionality of the educational work, along the 19 colleges of the Main Campus, the nine regional centers, the two university extensions and the annexed programs with their respective Curricular Managing Committees and Curricular Commissions corresponding to the careers and more than 3.000 trained professors.
