This study proposes an innovative methodology that incorporates flamenco as a pedagogical tool in the instruction of Spanish as a second language (ELE) in a primary education environment in France. Through recreational activities, the aim is to promote language learning, intercultural awareness and motivation of students through an experiential and sensory approach. The action was carried out with 25 fifth grade students from a French educational institution, implementing three tasks focused on the understanding of flamenco, the acquisition of particular vocabulary and the identification of rhythms and bars. The findings obtained through rubrics, surveys and qualitative observation show remarkable progress in language skills, particularly in oral expression, as well as a high level of participation and positive assessment by students. This method promotes the updating of pedagogical practices in ELE, using art as a link between language and culture, promoting relevant and emotionally enriching learning.
