This research focuses on the use of information and communication technologies in public entities: Social Security Fund, General Directorate of Revenue and Municipality of Panama, of the Republic of Panama in order to publicize the services they provide, online, with the use of the internet, to their users in a secure way establishing digital signatures and access codes. These technologies provide a mutual benefit contributor – entity, allowing a breakthrough in the digitization of online information and a development converted into efficiency saving time and money. Many users are unaware of all the services that can be processed online and this work aims to make it known.
