Industrial psychologists specialize in analyzing human behavior in the workplace, using their knowledge to improve aspects such as productivity, job satisfaction, leadership, personnel selection and training. Considering the importance of this discipline, a study was carried out to determine the perception of Psychology students regarding the subject of Industrial Psychology. 75 students participated in this research, from which a sample of 45 people was selected. The study was framed in the quantitative paradigm and had a cross-sectional descriptive approach, using a non-experimental design. To collect data, a questionnaire specifically designed to meet the objective of the study was used. The results obtained revealed that the majority of respondents consider the subject relevant and useful for their future professional career. However, there are divided opinions regarding the level of interest, motivation and practical application of the knowledge acquired in the subject. These findings provide a comprehensive view of how students perceive and value industrial psychology in the context of their academic training and future career paths.
