From November 2013 to December 2018, 3 760 specimens obtained at random from three species Hyporthodus acanthistius, Coryphaena hippurus and Scomberomorus sierra, corresponding to three families Serranidae, Coryphaenidae and Scombridae, were analyzed. Biomass, biometrics, length intervals were determined, and length-weight and growth parameter were correlated. The reported biomass was 343 214,53 kg, 194 106,81 kg and 208 837,71 kg for each family respectively. The maximum sizes and weights recorded were 125 cm and 9,97 kg, 215 cm and 22,67 kg, 86 cm and 7,25 kg for the species studied. The length intervals of the species were between 50,4cm and 58,5 cm, 88 and 100 cm, 34,2 and 42,6 cm. The growth parameters were b = 1,5602 for H. acanthistius (negative allometric growth); b = 2,9927 for C. hippurus (isometric growth) and b = 2,1283 in S. sierra (negative allometric growth).
