Abstract

Wher Alaida finds out she is pregnant wiyh her husband Diogo, she experiences a feeling of rejection towards what is happening in her womb. She feels enbarrassed to talk about this feeling and decide to shut up. When fer twins are born, she cares lovingly; but she still feels a bad woman for continuing to experience that feeling of rejection. Dr. Rhine, an expert in parasychology, practices a regression. In this regression he realizes that in a previous life he had been a Buddhist monk, whose parents and the young Uma died sad for not seeings him since he decided to enter the Beddhist monastery. When dying as a Buddhist monk, the Divine tells him that the would only achieve the Perfection he longe for by retruning to the physical plane to compensate for the suffering caused to these people. He reincarnates as Alaida to compensate them in Diogo (Uma) and in their twins (their parents) for the suffering caused in a previous life.
