The business models required for the development of business operations are often complex models that demand from their managers or directors a broad knowledge of concepts and technical theories that are essential to achieve the desired economic, financial and social objectives. For this purpose, it is important to identify if the service companies of the District of Santiago have elements of intelligent organizations and the advantages of becoming them so the proposed objective was to determine the presence of the elements of the intelligent organization in the development of the business operations of the service companies in the Province of Veraguas; for this, an approach to the reality with the different organizations was made by applying a survey to 16 service companies and 100 employees of sixteen companies, where relevant information was obtained that allows concluding that; the service companies as organizations have the necessary structure to be able to implement the concept of an intelligent organization, highlighting that the employees are at an ideal moment to achieve the proposed objectives.
