Abstract

This article delves into the evolution of art in the digital era and its profound influence on contemporary aesthetics and artistic thought. Technology has triggered a revolution in artistic creation and appreciation, shifting creativity from traditional canvases to the vast digital domain.  This transformation towards digital thinking has prompted artists to question and redefine conventional norms, exploring new forms of expression and collaboration. Digital artworks are distinguished by their flexibility and malleability, enabling the creation of interactive experiences and ever-changing works.  This article explores how digital aesthetics is based on concepts such as interactivity, dynamism, and media influence, opening limitless horizons in creativity. Furthermore, it examines the epistemological construction in digital art and its impact on the contemporary conception of knowledge.  Ultimately, digital art is presented as a vivid manifestation of human creativity that transcends physical limitations and redefines our understanding of art in the context of the 21st century, challenging and expanding the traditional boundaries of artistic expression and exploring new dimensions of creativity and interpretation.
