Abstract

Gender interactions have always influenced by power. Patriarchal society has tried, and in fact, succeeded, to impose its model of force, relegating women to second place in the public sphere. Latin America is no exception. Because of this, women have turned poetry and painting into a domain of resistance where they create art as kind of protest, resistance and re-emergence between genders. That is, the one who rules and dominates. That is the one who dominates.
