The Journal of Agricultural Research is a media of specialized online scientific publication, peer-reviewed and with serial in the field of Agricultural Sciences. This is under the responsibility of the Research and Postgraduate Department of the College of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Panama. Its main goal is to contribute to the development of research, generation of scientific knowledge and innovation for the benefit of researchers, academics, students and professionals involved in the Agricultural Sector.

This journal is published under the double-blind peer review modality, offering a collection of original and unpublished scientific articles, review articles and short notes. The journal is indexed in the Regional Online Information System for Scientific Journals of Latin America (Latindex), AmeliCA and in the Index of Scientific Journals of Panama (Panindex); it can also be consulted in Google Scholar.

Periodicity: Semiannual (December - May, June - November).
