Arbitration System
Journal Mas TIC Technology. Research and Science

The reception of an article does not oblige its publication. All articles submitted to the journal will be peer-reviewed. The review process is double-blind; that is, the reviewers are unaware of the identities of the authors, and the authors do not have access to information about the reviewers' identities. Manuscripts must be recommended by one or more (usually) reviewers in order to be accepted for publication in the journal.

The reviewers will be specialists with recognized expertise in the various fields of knowledge covered by the journal and will be appointed by the Editor/Editorial Board, ensuring the inclusion of internationally renowned reviewers. There must be no conflict of interest between the reviewers and the authors of the manuscript.

Guided by the reviewers' reports, the Editor/Editorial Board will categorize each manuscript into one of the following categories:

  1. Accepted for publication without modifications. The manuscript will undergo a final review to ensure that it and the review process adhere to the journal's guidelines and policies. Once this is confirmed, the corresponding author will be notified of the manuscript's acceptance.
  2. Publishable with minor corrections. The manuscript will be re-examined after the authors have had the opportunity to make the recommended revisions and provide detailed responses to the reviewers' comments. The Editor reviews the revised manuscript once the minor changes have been made by the authors. Once the Editor is satisfied with the final version, the manuscript may be accepted.
  3. Publishable with major corrections. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts according to the changes recommended by the reviewers and submit their revised article in a timely manner. The revision will be treated as a new manuscript, except that it must be accompanied by a detailed set of responses to all the issues raised by the reviewers of the original manuscript. Once the revised version is submitted, the Editor can then make an editorial recommendation, which may be "Accepted for publication without modifications," "Publishable with minor corrections," or "Not publishable."
  4. Not publishable in its current version. Manuscripts are provisionally rejected in their current form. Authors will be invited to submit a thoroughly revised manuscript.  Manuscripts in this category should not be resubmitted, even if revised.
