The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial situation of pump repair and maintenance companies and to understand the impact of the lack of marketing strategies, especially advertising and promotion, on the sales and profitability of these companies. The methodological process will be based on the review of financial information, including the methodology for financing efficiency, the analysis of the financial model based on investment, the financing table, income, personnel, the income statement, cash flow, and the balance sheet. The results reveal the absence of formal marketing and advertising strategies, which limits the presence of these companies in the market, negatively affecting sales. The lack of organization in income records and incomplete information make it difficult to evaluate financial performance and make informed decisions. The analysis carried out highlights the need to implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to increase the company's visibility, improve its financial records, and establish efficient communication channels.
