The success of a training program is referenced widely and conveniently in teaching. If we are in a conventional environment or virtual, is responsible didactics-on the one hand, the study of the demonstrations that obstruct or improve the teaching and learning process, and secondly, establish and promote appropriate technology proposals that can guide the teaching practice in a given context.
The construction of appropriate technology proposals directed specifically to the development of virtual learning communities quality and pedagogically grounded, raises a series of key decisions that must be considered and for various reasons are obviated and consequently deteriorate efforts to carry out the relevant teaching work in the setting that corresponds, be it in person or online.
This paper presents some considerations on these decisions, specifically related to the process prior to the didactic action, which defines the environment, management and evaluation of the learning experience in a virtual community to serve the training.
