Abstract

The development of online social networks demands a new perspective on faculty and learner training. It also requires the need not only to learn new digital skills but also to create new knowledge to function properly on the digital network and respond to the necessities required by the rapidly changing social and economic environment of today. The 21st century University, therefore, must redesign the teaching and learning based on an interactive communicational model the technical, scientific and cultural changes in society.
