Assessment as an element of higher education is a current protagonist since faculty, students, staff and society in general have seen the importance of this topic because of the repercussions it may have.
The dynamics included in assessment processes of all areas ranges from learning assessment, performance assessment and assessment of the institution, which is linked to quality processes. However, this approach explores student’s (faculty) perspectives about the continuing education program in order to determine the extension of the changes in their daily activities as teachers from an information point of view, considering that the most acute and sensitive aspect is left out: the program’s impact in regards during their teaching.
