Abstract

The emergence of new software engineering technologies sets the pace of social evolution and it is not as surprising as it used to be. Everyday news of digital technologies put at the service of human beings appears. This is the case of Chatbots for immediate interaction, a disruptive technology that is in the middle of the social-ethical debate because its latest evolution revolutionized human-computer interaction in the field of linguistic reflexive communication. The article presented is an analysis of the evolution and the social and productive impact of AI-based chatbots, which mimic and construct texts very close to human reflection. It was carried out through scientific papers selected from the network with the support of academic search engines whose main conclusion is that it will transform the productive environment of businesses that are based on the production of texts.
