This proposal has been developed in order to provide a solution and find the source of the problems presented by the Social Security Fund.-

There is talk that the Social Security Fund is the petty cash of then State, false. The State provides millions annually to this entity for the payment of payrolls and other expenses.  Even with that, and due to the terrible administrations of these resource, it is not enough and directly affects all the programs that it develops, such as the aging, disability and death, which is considered the most deficient.
