Jurisprudence has developed mechanisms for understanding and applying the Law as didactic formulas. Not only do they emanate from personnel with vast experience and training, but they have at hand a diversity of situations that serve for the development of research, reasoning logical taking the event that has to be submitted to the jurisdiction from the factual. In the case analyzed by the Panamanian Justice Corporation, it has ruled on urban actions such as land use planning and zoning, which are becoming more frequent due to the so-called real estate development. Over time, the need for an academic specialty in that area in the country will be determined in turn. And the formal requirements for compliance with the norm of the aspects addressed must be rigorously demanded.
