Abstract

The International Restitution of the child is an international figure that on this occasion we see its regulation in the Hague Convention of 1980 and which in turn contains its denial, the grounds for this denial stated in the Convention in comment; being a very broad issue and with many edges, but very well regulated, properly contentious where the welfare of the child is the priority, taking into account duties and rights of the parents.
