Virtual learning or e-learning environments, allow the development of competencies and effectiveness, and with a holistic vision, confirm that computing projects knowledge and legal experience, and greater effectiveness of assimilation. We include virtual procedures to learn with ICT and not from them including evolution from Web 1.0 to Web 4.0.
