Abstract

This paper refers to the subject of contact’s points and its projection into Panama’s private international law, both domestic and treaties’ legislation. The contact’s point’s concept, its divisions regarding the legal relations regulated and its classification on the theoretical level will be studied. Examples of the adoption of contact points’ concept in domestic legal system and in some international treaties ratified by the Republic of Panama will be shown
