Abstract

Following the lines of research of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, we approach this methodological adventure, wanting to highlight, within the framework of legal technique, the principles related to the Criminal Accusatory System, which rest, without a doubt, on respect to human dignity, thus promoting, in this new model of criminal justice, a more effective guardianship, through institutions and mechanisms for the defense of fundamental rights established in our Magna Cart, Treaties and International Agreements, signed by Panama.
