This essay aims to address the issue of contracts by electronics means from a legal perspective in Panamanian law, with the purpose of examining the techniques used for this form of contracting, determine if the traditional norms have been effective and sufficient to regulate this figure and its features. All this with support in the doctrine and comparative law.
