The subject of civil liability in general has gained exceptional validity, there is currently no Legal magazine that is edited in private law, where at least one article that refers to the right of damages is not recorded. The art of healing, due to its connection with life and health, has been one of the most interesting topics in the legal sector. And it is that a general trend at the national and international level has influenced in such a way that the medical issue is no longer considered exclusively within the ethical and moral parameters to be considered in its legal consequences. The doctrine and jurisprudence, to this effect, have been conclusive in attributing responsibility for medical fault and imposing on the doctors the duty to indemnify any damage that is attributable to them.
