The COVID -19 pandemic is the most transcendental phenomenon of the 21st century, and a before and after is visualized for world society. Something characteristic of the coronavirus infection is its high degree of spread, having as one of its causes the great connectivity of a globalized world.
It is true that many States have as a common denominator focused affectations in the health sector, in the economic and sociopolitical systems, so that globalization, of which we are all part, presents us with a greater challenge, since by allowing the exchange of knowledge, goods and services and social markets, requires governance of the different social actors at the international and local system level in order to seek possible solutions to the global problem that COVID -19 has generated in the economic field.
Given this international and local context of economic crisis, the panamanian government, together with various social actors, must develop action plans that seek solutions to social demands, and initiate a process of opening relevant open data (commercial), to generate the economic reactivation necessary for the human and sustainable development of all.
