We cannot rest it adapting to the digital age that has caused 360-degree changes in our live, one of those changes is artificial intelligence in the digital age applied to many areas, to mention our example in medicines where there are robotic surgeries. The law does not escape from that reality. That is why my article seeks to interpret how artificial intelligence can positively impact criminal law by offering us information and toold to improve criminal justice in a ethical manner, respecting Fundamental Guarantees and Human Rights.
