Abstract

This paper deals, inside the field of sources of private international law, with the concept of treaty and the context in which the provisions of an international agreement can be applied to a private international law’s case. Reference will be made to the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, the Private International Law Code of the Republic of Panama (Law 61/2015) and other Panamanians and international legal documents.
