Abstract

On this occasion we will discuss what concerns the State Bodies those in charge of International Relations, in which systematically explain the division of these, namely: Internal Organs and International Organs. Where the Internal Organs correspond or fall in terms of their representativeness to the Head of State or Head of Government and to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, while the International Organs comprise the Diplomatic Missions and the Consular Offices.
