This work seeks to analyze the substantive regulatory framework in agrarian matters of the countries of Panama and Mexico with the purpose of identifying its main qualities, innovations and differences, this will allow us to know the different legal and social contexts within Latin American agrarian law, allowing us to propose actions, figures and regulations that seek to address the needs of people who work and exploit the land as a means of livelihood.
