It is inevitable the technological advance that we have seen in recent years, has created the emergence of new tools that serve to facilitate the work of many organizations, and public relations have been able to use these tools to their advantage when doing research. In this article, it is intended to highlight each of the tools that provide support in the research process both academically, as in the workplace, its aim is to confirm that this new method is fundamental to build the reputation of a public relations worker. The explanatory study was used for data collection, the reason being that it seeks to find the reasons why technological tools have become the new research method. It will also detail a specialized bibliography that provides the most information for this article and thus give credibility to the chosen topic.
