Abstract

Patient of 7 years 10 months. The routine radiographic examination shows a radiopaque image with a density similar to the dental one, compatible with a supernumerary tooth between tooth # 83 and # 82; on clinical examination, the patient maintained prolonged retention of # 82. Surgical extraction of the supernumerary tooth located between teeth # 83 and # 82 and extraction of tooth # 82 was performed.
