By the year 2022, Panama is immersed in widespread social discontent. Understanding the roots and consequences of the current crisis in all its complexity is essential, if you want to face the problems and options in a comprehensive and lasting manner. Any solution must necessarily consider this approach as an analytical method and search for solutions, by all social actors. In this statement neoliberal policies and corruption are presented as the main causes of social discontent, of the problems and demands of the population, the proposals for policies and actions that must be addressed in the short and medium term are presented.
