There are many resources that nature provides us and one of these products is the pigeon. In this project we will analyze the commercialization of canned pigeon, the process that is given to achieve a product with good demand and the effect that has the production and distribution of the grain of pigeon within the canned market. The preferences and opinions of the sample of the population used in the township of Penonome were obtained by means of the survey method and then measured by frequency and the use of cross tables. The pigeon is a food that throughout the country has a great relevance, Panamanian families tend to always seek the best quality of this, their demand especially in Panama is high, taking into account the values of production that is obtained from this item, we see that it economically affects a whole province.
