This Social Service project, an essential requirement for university students, aims to contribute to the educational community of the First Republic of Costa Rica School, located in the district of La Chorrera, through the design, modeling, and construction of an architectural scale model of its facilities. This work seeks to strengthen the institution's sense of historical and cultural identity while promoting student participation in activities with social and educational impact. It employs a descriptive and applied approach, with a technical-participatory design methodology based on direct observation and bibliographic research. The scale model, the final product of this project, will serve as a visual tool for the school's exhibits, guide visitors and students, and function as a teaching resource to explain the school's physical and organizational structure, preserving and valuing local heritage, as it constitutes part of the community's history and cultural patrimony.
