Discrimination, xenophobia and racism find criminal protection in comparative law, with the purpose of confronting this social phenomenon, and by examining and knowing the anti-racist criminal legislation of other countries, it allows to evaluate and determine if there are sufficient arguments to include these punitive measures that are not contemplated in our country, although they are considered symbolic in nature, but which are essential to prevent, sanction and guarantee human coexistence and specifically that of certain collective groups that may be subject to discriminatory, xenophobic or racist behavior.
