This article is a report from my book Individual self-realization and business success: convergent processes, published in USA, Columbia, S.C. in May 2023, by the American publisher Amazon KDP and, also, presented at the XXXI National Scientific Congress organized by the Vice-Rector's Office for Research and Postgraduate Studies of the University of Panama on October 11, 2023. The central objective of the study was to establish the links between individual self-realization and the corporate needs of public and private companies, which are key to generating a national productive dynamic of justice, motivation, modernity and social and human development. For its development, a huge review of books and scientific articles was carried out, an action that allowed generating analysis methods and the concurrent recommendations and conclusions.
