The present study aimed to analyze the incidence of teacher motivation in the teaching-learning process of first and second-year students in Diversified Middle Education at the Veraguas Regional University Center in 2023. The research was quantitative, with a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional design, conducted on a population of 72 first and second-year students in diversified middle education and 8 teachers. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 20 questions to measure teacher motivation in the field of education, using a Likert scale. Statistical treatment and data analysis utilized the Chi-square statistics and the SPSS version 22.0 statistical program. It was found that there is a significant incidence of teacher motivation in the teaching-learning process (?² = 438, df = 1, p = .001), leading to the conclusion, based on the results, that teacher motivation can play a crucial role in the effectiveness of the educational process.
