Abstract

The study examines psychosocial risks in the administrative staff of the Regional University Center of Colón (CRUC) and their impact on their overall health. An applied, descriptive, and correlational approach is employed. The methodology includes a cross-sectional design, using quantitative and qualitative data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. The sample represents 30% of the staff, evenly distributed among departments. The results identify psychosocial risks and their relationship with the staff's health, supporting previous findings. The study underscores the importance of addressing these risks to promote a healthy work environment. In conclusion, the study contributes to knowledge about university occupational hazards, supporting the implementation of preventive and supportive measures to enhance working conditions and the well-being of CRUC personnel.
