This research examines the rise of the Ansiatist Movement which was the result of a historic process that emerged and developed during the second decade of the nineteen century. This movement had other continuities in the third and fourth decade of the same century; however its main milestones and issues were produced in the twenties. In 1821 the Ansiatist appears reflected officially in the Panamanian constitution, a year later, in 1826, the Constitutional Act September 13 identified the issue with new focus and projection giving another perspective to the event. This research focuses on the early years of the Ansiatist.
