This study aimed to determine the watershed pollution levels in two communities along the Transístmica way in the province of Colon. In total 40 surveys in the communities of Quebrada Bonita, sector El Charcon and Barriada del Rio, Puerto Pilon were conducted. Results indicate that the main problem of accumulation of garbage in Quebrada El Charcon is due lack of an efficient garbage collection process and the limited knowledge among residents about the unwillingness of the garbage which mainly affects health children, while in Rio Pilon the main cause of overflowing septic tank located in Urbanization Las Quintas de Pilon is the water pollution due to the lack of other system of septic tanks that help wastewater treatment that sweep and the unimportance of the site authorities to seek solutions to this problem.
