Organizations have recognized the new challenges regarding the preparation of their collaborators, which require greater abilities and skills to guarantee the positioning of the organization in the market. Gamification becomes a strategy that allows strengthening technical and soft skills that enhance the employment level individuals within companies. Through playful games, recreation of cases or even role plays, collaborators are recreated in scenarios permitting to strengthen their integration and teamwork capabilities, including decision making and problem solving. The purpose of this document is to carry out a literature review that addresses recruitment and gamification as a tool for the selection of human capital in organizations.
