This document contemplates the important topic of irregular migration in Panama and the reasons why people from African and Central Asia countries have begun to appear in Panamanian territory looking for their long lasting dream: to arrive into the United States in order to improve their quality of life.

This situation has the potential for chaos in Panama and the Government and society in general is urged to address the case seriously and immediately. There could be creative ways to assimilate some of this people into the country if policies well thought are created aiming at retaining talent for the country.
