Abstract

Innovation is the challenge that organizations, their products and countries face to be more competitive in current globalized markets. The so-called innovation factors are one of the pillars of the World Economic Forum (WEF) to calculate the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI) of the countries. The objective of this publication is to highlight the importance of marketing to promote the innovation processes in order to enhance competitiveness in the organizations and their products.
