Abstract

The profession of Business Administration is considered and equivalent to any other of those that are recognized in society as important due to its responsibility to plan, organize, direct, integrate, execute and control. However, the business society in some companies has not reached the level of the profession, among other reasons due to the lack of clear ethical limits that would give foundation to the practice. For the above reasons, the research includes the proposal of a model of identity and ethics aimed at the business administrator, for the continuous improvement of total quality and productivity.
