Abstract

This article outlines fundamental aspects of the work developed in the field of Educational Psychology from the organization of Educational Psychology Cabinets as an Intervention strategy to address youth Education Pre-media and Secondary Education, Educational System Panamanian.

Describes the objectives and functions of the  Psychopedagogical Cabinets when dealing with problems such as school failure, early pregnancy, drug addiction, desertion and violence in educational centers. And it carries out a proposal for Monitoring, follow-up and Evaluation them based on the application of the Investigative Evaluation approach on Program Evaluation.
