This scientific article emphasizes the objectivity of determining the psychosocial indicators that affect the care status of the deprived of liberty of the Cecilia Orillac de Chiari Women's Rehabilitation Center (CEFERE). The research that is framed is of a non-experimental design, of a field type and descriptive-transversal level. The study population is framed by six feel seventy (670) deprived of liberty, who are in judicial process or serving a sentence in the Women's Rehabilitation Center, Cecilia Orillac de Chiari (CEFERE) and the sample was of an intentional type not probabilistic for convenience, as it corresponded to the number of sixty (60) deprived of liberty who are admitted to university study programs in the aforementioned campus. For the information collection technique, the survey technique was used with the instrumental support of the questionnaire, which will be structured in eight (8) parts: a. Demographic data; b. Infrastructure conditions where women deprived of liberty live; c. Application of judicial administration; d. Medical services; and. Educational training; F. Participation in organized organizations / groups; g. finances of women deprived of liberty; h. Communication levels. In this regard, the study concludes that coexistence in this prison is determined by the interrelation of psychological, social and institutional factors, with a predominance of the latter.
