The general objective is to analyze the competences of the job performance of the bachelor's degree in tourism from the Santa Rita de Coclé Educational Center. Panama. The methodology is aligned in a descriptive approach, non-experimental transectional field design. The population 36 people, the information collection techniques: a questionnaire with 18 items with 5 alternatives of Likert-type scale responses was applied. The result for reliability according to the pilot test of 0.71 of high magnitude according to Cronbach. The statistical package was used: Spss Statistics version 18.0. The information was tabulated in tables and graphs of double entry in percentages. It is concluded: almost never the student: easily develops the process of interaction through messages with people who participate in a conversation, demonstrates the ability to develop logical thinking, demonstrates the ability to interact with the physical world in its natural aspects generated by human action, it shows the ability to obtain information by transforming it into knowledge to access the inquiry making use of technological resources solving real problems efficiently.
